Hello CrossFit fam all the way from Cuenca, Ecuador (Elevation: 2,560 M (8,399 FT). Colin gave showed me a few gymless workouts. Today (26th) I thought Id give it a shot, and let me tell you guys... at this altitude, it was HELL! Hope everyone is well. See you all soon.
